Deidra Mascoll Idehen

Deidra is an innovative organizational development strategist and leadership/executive coach.  Deidra helps organizations create, streamline, and prioritize talent and diversity processes.  

As a coach, Deidra is passionate about helping individuals unlock their professional performance goals by creating clear pathways and accountability measures for success. As a consultant, Deidra provides researched strategies to tackle organizational challenges.

Deidra specializes in the following areas:

• Creating pathways for promotion 

• Improving team management skills including diversity competency

• Creating better leaders

• Transitioning to larger internal or external roles

• Returning to work after child or eldercare leave

• Pivoting from full time employment to retirement

Deidra has worked in a variety of corporate and non-profit industries including but not limited to financial services, media/entertainment, pharmaceutical, and legal.  She is knowledgeable in the unspoken nuances of corporate culture and can provide insights on uncovering and maneuvering through them.

Deidra holds an MA in Social/Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from Stony Brook University.  She received a Coaching certificate from New York University.
